    Ingredients: 8 serving

    2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    3 cups unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    24g of PB2
    1 package sugar free jello pudding
    2 tbsp xanthan gum
    14g cocoa powder
    10 packets sweetener

    Steps:

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 3 minutes on medium-high speed until there is a smooth consistency.
    2. Remove pudding from blender and transfer to an airtight refrigerator safe container. The pudding is ready to eat.
